Regarding Airtel axis cashback

For airtel bill payment cashback, do I need to apply a coupon on Airtel app while paying or it will auto detect and give cashback on next cycle?

For bigbasket, is there a coupon while using this card or will it auto apply cashback later on?

I am currently unable to avail of the 25% discount offer on my Airtel Wifi recharge when using my Airtel Axis credit card.

Upon attempting to access the offer section during the recharge process, I noticed that the "Apply Offer" section is not visible on the app. Unfortunately, the app restricts screenshots, so I am unable to provide visual evidence.

As the offer section does not appear, I am unable to apply the offer before making the payment.

Is There Any Solution To This Issue or anyone facing the same issue tried to mail them several times but no response.

Its not discount, its cashback. Just make sure that you are paying via Thanks app.

No need of searching for offer. Play on Airtel thanks app using Axis Airtel Card that's it. You will get 25 % cashback upto 250 per month on all Airtel prepaid and postpaid bills

You never need to apply the offer. If axis deducts AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK L, GURGAON, IND, it'll offer 25% or 10% cashback based on the category. So don't worry

2. It's available on rupay but axis has not launched it yet. Due to a mistake by axis team, a bunch of people got axis rupay variant. I got it too. Now you have to wait.

1. I think it's very rare case. Maybe if you apply offline and agent chooses ltf, you may get it ltf but I'm not sure

I have Airtel black connection and exhausted 300 cap for paying this bill but have 300 left from utility cap. Will I get 10% cashback if I recharge my Airtel prepaid number

You will not get additional cashback.
Cashback on ALL airtel recharges are capped at 250/month. (Via Airtel app only)
All non-airtel utility bills+recharges are capped at another 250.(Via Airtel app only)
Same for FOOD orders from zomato+Swiggy, & groceries orders from Bigbasket @500.

For these 3 categories, Axis will not give you even ₹1 extra cashback after capping is reached, not even 1%.
