Regarding Airtel axis cashback

For airtel bill payment cashback, do I need to apply a coupon on Airtel app while paying or it will auto detect and give cashback on next cycle?

For bigbasket, is there a coupon while using this card or will it auto apply cashback later on?

No. It will still fall under Airtel category whose cap you have touched already.

In my statement, for BigBasket I can see transactions related to both physical stores and online app are tagged to Departmental Stores. Not sure if those would also give 10% cashback?
