Airtel Axis considered my Big Basket app purchase as offline purchase

My Big basket order is considered as "Dept stores" merchant category and the card gave only 1% cashback for that transaction. Should I contact customer care or watch out merchant name everytime I order?

Merchant name: WWWBIGBASKETCOMGURGAONIND
Merchant Category: DEPT STORES

I noticed that big basket purchases done via Tata Neu app aren't getting cashback. Such transactions are considered as INNOVATIVE RETAIL CONCBANGALOREIND and not as Bigbasket spends. Anyone faced same issue?

In my statement also same name. But as per cashback calculation I received 10%

I have got cashback of 10% on "INNOVATIVE RETAIL CONCBANGALOREIND" even this month.

I had earlier problem with "WWWBIGBASKETCOMGURGAONIND". I raised it to NO level and it got resolved finally.
