I got my card on 27th Sep and paid my electricity bill on 29th. The bill is yet to be reflected in my electricity account. Called Axis Bank CC and they told me that amount has already been transferred. When I called Airtel (payments back CC), they said they dont have any information about the transaction (although the transaction shows in my app). Neither can they see it in my account nor with the help of transaction ID that I received in the message. I have mailed them too but got same response. Unlike Amazon which send an email for a processing/successful/failed transaction, Airtel send none. I also did a recharge which was successful but it shows nowhere in my transactions. I wonder if that had failed, I would have had no proof of the same.
