Airtel-Axis credit card Bill Payment

I got my card on 27th Sep and paid my electricity bill on 29th. The bill is yet to be reflected in my electricity account. Called Axis Bank CC and they told me that amount has already been transferred. When I called Airtel (payments back CC), they said they dont have any information about the transaction (although the transaction shows in my app). Neither can they see it in my account nor with the help of transaction ID that I received in the message. I have mailed them too but got same response. Unlike Amazon which send an email for a processing/successful/failed transaction, Airtel send none. I also did a recharge which was successful but it shows nowhere in my transactions. I wonder if that had failed, I would have had no proof of the same.
 
Because of on BBPS section you select direct Electricity that why you get old page appear
please click only on Postpaid or Landline i already mentioned.
but in your case you get your Cashback then it is great ✌️🥳, use your old method it is ohk no issue & i am still confusing how your payment worked and paid your utility bill as well as get Cashback also 🤔😅
because lost of card holder facing the utility cashback blunder

Yeah you are right, I directly went and clicked on electricity, my bad😂
Just now paid the electricity bill using the direct method, ie by visiting the utilities tab and just like what you had mentioned earlier first received the processed message afterwards received the successful message.

@Sachin Jamdar Done with this horrible credit card. I tried to pay my electricity bill again using the same method as suggested by you. This time I didnt even get "transation is processing message". Used Amazon to pay the bill.. Going to close this card as soon as I get the 500 Amazon Voucher.

If you use my bbps method you will get definitely text msg in case you should done any mistake
please tell me your your process
 
Hi, your Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. (KSEBL) payment for (consumer id) with Rs.xxx initiated on 06-09-2022 is successful. Your transaction ID is 5209061709xxxxx.

Did you receive a similar message from airtel ALAIRBNK. If yes then the amount will be reflected. If instead of successful, if it shows under process then most likely your payment would have failed.
Hi all need some help I tried to pay my Electricity bill i got the order ID but i didn't get any success message and BBPS bill pay didn't show any message .Money got deducted from my card ?
Do i need to consider it a failure ?

I'm also not getting success message. It's showing payment in progress message after the transaction. In how many days did you get your refund

I got this wonderful reply from airtel
Right now i have raised the dispute and no sound of refund axis says transaction is sucessfull.

Two worst service provider in the market came out with this product

You will get your money back in form of payment from Airtel. I raised the dispute for two failed transaction within 3 days. I have got reversal twice (total 4 for 2 transaction). Two reversal mention "Airtel Disputed Transaction" (Probably bank will deduct this later on). While the other two are normal reversal "Airtel Gurgaon" and 'Airtel Mumbai". I had done one more transaction on 5th Oct. I didnt raise any dispute for that because they are reversing the transaction in 7 working days.
But yes, I also tried the method of @Sachin Jamdar , once it went through nicely but it failed next time (5th Oct).. Didnt take the risk to do transaction again.

Thanks 🙂 now am not getting what is the use of this card we can't use it for utility since we have huge failures and poor service from airtel and axis do we need to use only for airtel payments ?

Yes its hit and trial. My gas cylinder booking went through but my electricity bill payment stuck in between. Though i got APBLUTIL merchant on both
 
Please raise a dispute on priority they should know that there is a issue and needs some fix for all ..when i speaking CC they were like this is first time we are hearing such issue and Airtel is best in the market

We may have a trick to get merchant APBLUTIL but there is no guarantee of success in payment. Airtel app sucks as much as the cashback calculation and customer care of Axis

They are saying refund after 120 days after raising dispute. How did you get it twice within a week?
