Today I received a message citing that my airtel Payments Bank is blocked.
The message received as..
Dear Customer, To secure your a/c, restrictions have been applied on your Airtel Payments Bank a/c. For continued services, visit your nearest banking point @ i.airtel.in/bankingpoints & perform biometric transaction. Services will resume within 24 hrs.
I contacted airtel Payments Bank customer care, they didn't given me satisfactory answer.
They said this is due to some suspicious activity flagged by system, that's why your account got blocked.
They said visit nearest airtel banking point and withdraw cash by biometric.
