Guys airtel thanks app don't have cc pay option. I had updated airtel app and surprise that cc option is gone. Wtf. Wanted to use airtel axis cc.

check ur debit card section ,if it's showing prepaid mean mini kyc and if it's debit card means full kyc

I can still pay using a credit card. In fact, I just paid my postpaid bill just now.

infact no option to pay via any DC/CC ...
i dont have any airtel wallet/payment bank account.

Irony is, I am getting ads in the app to apply for for airtel axis cc everywhere while I have one already and cannot use it.

Edit: Tried for Electricity and Gas payment, both not showing the option
No postpaid bills due

Guys, same here..not able to pay my light bill with credit card on airtel app. But, strangely, when i try to recharge my airtel prepaid number, it is giving me an option to use cc, dc everything.

Was looking for answer so came here..

Proceed to pay your utility bills, you should see the CC option.

Think it's the devaluation now this card lost the charm hope they don't remove 10% on big basket and Swiggy
