Airtel Utility Payment Showing Progress from 4 days

I have made payment electricity bill from Airtel app through Airtel Axis Card, but it's has been 4 days now also it's showing progress in App, What should i do now?

Same thing happened with me as well. I did check in Paytm to see if my electricity bill payment is still pending. After paying again using Airtel Thanks, I got my refund as well as bill payment is also completed. Airtel customer care is kind of hopeless tho

Yes, nobody from Airtel can help.Wait for 5 mins it'll get auto refunded.Even after refund also, Airtel App shows "In Progress" for ever. Such a crap app.

it gets refunded after 5 or 6 days. It's better to stop using axis Airtel card for utilities because facing this issue for gas booking and electricity bills. Payment does not go through and it gets refunded after a few days. Just waste of time. Neither Airtel nor Axis cares.
