AIS Reporting of Credit Cards

I have 5 ICICI Credit Cards....4 are reported under one account of Platinum and Amazon Pay ICICI credit card is reported separately. All 5 have shared limit of 15 lakhs...My query is if spend 8 lakh on 1st set of 4 and another 4 lakh on Amazon Pay ICICI credit card....Will this be reported to Income Tax under AIS by ICICI as total spend on all 5 will be more than 10 lakh but spend on each set is less than 10 lakh.

Note: My income is much higher then spend still i prefer to avoid AIS reporting if it is possible.

Yes, it will be reported. The 10L threshold is per bank, not per card/account.
