AIS spends NRI

My CC spends have been reported in AIS. Being an NRI with almost no income in India, I do have a higher income than my CC spends outside India. Will that be an issue? How should I go about filing my ITR. Any tips will be welcome.

I mostly used my previous savings for these spends.

I think you need not worry.

But would recommend to file ITR even if your income is below 2.5 lacs.

I am saying this just for your peace of mind and to help not trigger unnecessary notices from the Income tax department.

s Long as you are able to justify your card spends ie the source of that money it won't be a problem.
It would only be concern if ITR sends a scrutiny to you
