[Alert] Canara Setu Failure

Have earlier paid 8k HDFC CC bill on Setu using DC and it had worked.

However in the past 3 days (1 transaction each day), I have faced three debits and failures using SBI VDC for paying SBI CC on Setu.

Have raised dispute and waiting for refund.

I don't think I will try again until someone says it works out for SBI CC.

I have paid credit card bills of 37k through canara setu using indusind visa signature select dc on Feb 2 but did not receive any reward points till now. How many days it will take for reward points to get credited?

The reward points are credited usually within 7 working days, but sometimes it's delayed

I also paid on 2nd Feb.. no points yet.. looks like points of 2nd Feb are delayed or will not be rewarded.. it happened with me before too

Yes I had received it. Raise dispute via the complaint page in setu.

I have paid my sbi card bill payment through canara setu portal of 17k on 10/01/25 through fi debit card but my bill payment as per canara setu portal got failed failed but not received my refund yet. Even I have raised the complaint on canara setu portal and raised dispute with fi on 17/01/25 but not received any update nor my refund. Please help

Looks like either Canara Setu Debit card option will be removed or MCC will be changed by what’s happening today. Unable to make payments

upgraded my idfc normal debit card to wealth debit card so that I could get 50k points every month. received the card few days back and now I am not able to Pay via Debit card on Setu 🤣
