Sbicard ka koi md/ceo wala email pe reply nahi nahi aata + bob wale forward kar dete h customer care. Agar sbicard se reply aaye to btana.

For sbi card md/ceo email is [email protected]. Also you can mail to chairman of sbi at [email protected] as he is the chairman of sbicard.

for bobcard I only found dy md's email - [email protected]

for md it should be [email protected] or [email protected] (just a guess)

Kuch banks me waisa hi hai
Ig they internally raise complaint ( which is only looked by the team at CEO's desk ) but the complaint itself is managed/ solved by the Nodal Team only

TIll now mailed to yes bank md and axis bank md... both times mail came from a md desk official.

Writing to ICICI and HDFC L1 email ids is a total waste of time. I think the L1 responders are from some mental asylum.
One should start directly from L2 with these two banks.
