Writing to ICICI and HDFC L1 email ids is a total waste of time. I think the L1 responders are from some mental asylum.
One should start directly from L2 with these two banks.
Do you have L2 email id of ICICI Bank who replies? Headservicequality doesn't reply to emails.

Earlier it was convenient to copy details.
I wanted all the details in post#1... for convenience.

I did try in fact, making a table and writing in text in the first post; spent a lot of time on it. But that table was creating problems. So, finally, I had to settle with writing it in tabular form on Docx and then pasting the screenshots over here

can anyone provide me higher lvl escalation email id for bank of india?
I have mailed their lvl 1 and raised a complaint on twitter 15days ago, no service req number and proper reply given.
Bank of India charged my account for 25 leaves chequebook issuing even though as per rules a 25 leaves cheque book is free in a year.

ok, I have raised the issue on twitter on 29th nov for the charge reversal, but did't get any complaint number in return.Can I raise the issue on RBI after 29th december or I have to get the complaint number to do that??
@Abhishek012 plz help.
They also didn't reply over email.
