You'll earn 50% less reward for all spends done on special categories.



MCC codes of all special categories are listed below-


Major categories that are excluded-
Rent, utility bill payment, educational fees payment, government fees payment, insurance, supermarket etc.
This is really horrible!

well off topic but I wanna know if I pay my Bob credit card bill using HDFC bill payment portal how much time will it take to credit as this will be the second time I will be paying it's bill . First time I paid using Bob app but wanna pay now through HDFC bill pay portal @Batmanbaba @TechnoFino

No. Apply BoB Snapdeal Credit card. Snapdeal card default cashback value is also 1% after 2.5% upto 500 per month cashback cap. over.

wallet load will incur 1% charges. Why would anyone do that now?

They even included fast food, transportation, super markets, convenience store etc in special category MCC. So where they want us to spend just Amazon and FK?

Big devaluation.

if they charge convience fee then it's obvious that i will definitely move to UPI based transactions only. no point of having a credit card in that scenario.

I recieved my BOB eterna today. Upgraded from LTF premier. Is it possible to get some other BOB card LTF and then close this card?

As with my credit card kundli, got BOB Eterna Approval SMS yesterday and then same day all this devaluation etc. Although I am not behind reward rate etc, this devaluation doesnt make sense.

Wondering if I should just do the 25K transaction for joining fee waiver and close the card after 10 months?

I read somewhere if I do not activate it for 30 days it is automatically closed? Am scared to deal with Bank of Baroda in this aspect whether they will just bill the joining fees in 1st statement...
