Alumni DCB offer actually LTF or FYF?

Sometimes we have seen clickbait offers which say LTF (Life Time Free) but actually are FYF (First Year Free).

All those who got DCB as LTF on Alumni offer, can you please confirm when the DCB you received is LTF in True sense? or just FYF?

Graduates from Top Universities in India have the privilege of using Diners Club Black Card free for lifetime. No annual fee No joining fee. Ofcourse there needs to be a minimum required salary and a good cibil.

as per the list on google ILBS Delhi hospital was in the list of Alumni eligibility for LTF DCB and even SGPGI Lucknow
but hdfc rejected my request to upgrade from paid DCB to LTF DCB.
Can anyone share authentic list of Institute covered in this Alumni LTF DCB
