I placed an order for ₹3000 on Amazon fresh near 1am today and paid via cc. I put the OTP and after that the loading circle was rotating for nearly 30-40 seconds after which Amazon said "Order Pending and on hold".
I didn't receive any Money debit message/email from ICICI and even the Available Limit after the transaction was the same in iMobile app. Today morning the order was cancelled by Amazon citing message Payment Declined.
I tried to order again today and the order was successful meaning my card is not blocked or anything. Any chance their server was down at that time?
Anyone faced similar issue like this?
Will I be charged the amount for the failed transaction or will it be treated as declined and adjusted in backend?
