Amazon ICICI card rejected with 10+ year credit history

Applied for Amazon pay ICICI card after seeing 30 minutes offer. Good Amazon user and purchase history.
10+ year credit history. Cibil 780+.
Rejected by Amazon saying insufficient/adverse credit history less than required policy norm.

Any thoughts what's wrong with them?

Doesn't help much that thread. I have multiple cards with decent history, no discrepancy in cibil, history is more than 10 years. And they say insufficient/adverse credit history.

Biggest reason.... Had you got any icici card previously, instant approval would have been granted....

ICICI card liya pehle then after a couple of months applied for APay card... Approved instantly....
