Amazon not showing the Card

I received an SMS this morning that my Amazon Pay card was approved (no email). They have mentioned a link to Amazon for further steps to follow.
When I am clicking that link, It is opening Amazon app and showing a congratulatory message. So here few issues:

1. When trying to redeem the Amazon pay rewards the application is asking to Apply Card to unlock.
2. In the Amazon app, still it is showing Track Application instead of Manage Card.
3. When clicking on check due on the home screen, it is opening the Check Application Status screen.


Please let me know - What is the issue?

Don't you got application approved saying ... on mail ??

I have not received any email regarding application approval.

Just received - Last 4 digit Card Number via email and SMS.

It's approved.

Wait until delivery of card.

You don't have relationship with icici, so instantly you can't view the card.

Get netbanking id with last digits.

Now I can see my amazon pay cc in amazon account but I cannot use my HDFC credit card (Regalia First) + Debit Card (Millennia) for payment - Any HDFC issue or due to Amazon Pay ?
