AMAZON PAY ICIC CARD TRANSACTION FAIL?

Guys i am trying to pay my electricity bill since 23rd june but each and every transaction is get failed first i thought i was entering cvv or otp wrong. But no i typing everything correct? Also sometimes in transaction failure money got debited but in this case money is also not debiting. I called icici bank regarding this they are clueless i was talking with a lady she said your online transaction are off😂. Surprisingly it is on I have done only single transaction at pos since feb all transactions are done online. They don't have any idea why this is happening. If someone also facing the same issue please respond to this thread

Actually recently bank blocked a high value malicious transaction and I'm grateful to bank vigilant checks after that ...

Even from HDFC, ICICI I've noticed ...

As the purpose of the call is not yet solved, should i call them again in morning or wait for sometime?

There are several failed transactions for me as well on Amazon pay with credit cards.

cross check online transaction on/off, online transaction limit, pin set or not, then try... if failed, try on different website.

i just called them few minutes back, the executive told me " your card was blocked to prevent fraud transactions". But she said, now your card is ready to be used.
I don't know what these guys are upto? i called them twice since midnight, both the time i received different answers.

cross check online transaction on/off, online transaction limit, pin set or not, then try... if failed, try on different website.

Everything is fine and yes card is working on other sites just paid my bill using gpay by adding apay card

Yes, i did 2 transactions on mobikwik, it worked fine.

Try removing and adding the card again. I also faced same issue and this did the trick because the issue was with Amazon only.

Idk it automatically got resolved now without doing anything tried adding 1rs in wallet it worked i was not able to try with big amount because all the bills are now paid
