Amazon pay ICICI cashback on 2nd account

Hi. I plan to purchase two mobile. 1st I purchased through my prime account to which card is linked. Now I am unable to purchase 2nd mobile from same Amazon account.

Can I use the same Amazon pay ICICI card to purchase it from another Amazon account? How much cashback will I get if that account is non prime?

Cashback will be credited to the Amazon account via which the card was issued.

If the said account is Prime then 5% else non-prime cashback of 3% .

As far as I know he will get 3% only. Prime or Non prime does not matter
I confirmed this from customer care, but never tried it
