Same, trying to make gas payment with Jio PB Rupay plat dc, the offer isn't applied. Removed the card and added again, same with NSDL as well. Any tips?

looks like they have removed it. I also tried using BoB Virtual Platinum DC, no discount.

from all utilities I believe. I tried for Mobile recharge and was planning for cylinder booking as well. Made the payment using Amazon PGV instead.
