Actually, this has happened twice in the past.

Once offer activated in the morning, after complaining to Amazon, it was activated around 8-9 AM.

The second time, it was activated around 11 PM at night.

Moreover if someone have jio Postpaid connection, can we do partial payments of the bill?
Like for a bill of 1000, i pay 500 via one account using rupay dc and another 500 via different rupay dc. Will it be possible or do I need to do whole payment at a go amount to only 100 discount max?
