Amazon seller fraud

I have ordered ceiling fan from Amazon and it was cancelled after 8 days saying that it was stuck order. I was told to reorder and when i did it, it also got cancelled after few days.
I have asked them about compensation, but they denied.
What should I do further?
 
Complain on Twitter. Amazon is not like before. Now it's more like Flipkart.
Last option is check in other apps/ buy offline.

Don't know but when amazon gives you confirmation over mail multiple times over mail, everyone will believe but now they denied

Similar kind of incident happened with me, I order a LG top load Washing machine on 27th September, and today I was simply checking amazon out so I found out that the colour which was out of stock on 27th was in stock today so I simply decided to ask the Customer service on chat about it as my order was not shipped yet and the delivery was scheduled on 2 October, so the guy told me that they cannot change the colour of the product after the order is placed and advised me to cancel the order and order again to get the wanted colour ir I want. To which I said I will consult about this with my mother and will decide on it and I can't cancel it without asking her. So I said if I want I will do it later. But after this as I was discussing this with my mom and I found sudden notification and I also received email that my order is cancelled and refund is processed. Then later I contacted the Amazon CS on call and she told me as this mistake was done by Amazon agent that he cancelled the order with out customers permission so she said that if I order the product again then she will take care of the price difference as the price has changed and she said she can only provide me the refund after completion of new orders refund date is passed. I also asked her to talk to her senior to which she said she is the last person I can talk to because I was also asking her for compensation because of the agents mistake the product will be delivered late and I will also have to pay more EMI of the product as compared to my previous order. But she said she can only provide me the differences of the product and no compensation. So later I asked her to give me written about the refund which she said they can provide. Later in the evening I ordered the product again. And then on chat the CS informed me that difference will be provided to me.

I wanted to know is there any possibility of getting the compensation if I email to Amazon or I escalate this matter in consumer forum?

Or i should just be happy with the refund and stop there and breathe a fresh air?

Just take the difference and move on and spend some quality doing better things

If you have in written that they promised you the price difference then you should raise the issue to the other levels and see. I am sure you will get the refund if not then complain to consumer forum from there you will even get a differences and compensation. Please see the attachment.

If you have in written that they promised you the price difference then you should raise the issue to the other levels and see. I am sure you will get the refund if not then complain to consumer forum from there you will even get a differences and compensation. Please see the attachment.
Already did this, even nch and CPGRAM but till now no response
 
Guys, just don't be too greedy..
Market has always been subject to demand and supply...
Even if you only got price difference, that too is far more than you can avail in offline market.

What was your last interaction with them before you got the refund?
They denied for refund and even for further replies

Then I raised complaint to NCH, Ministry of Public Grievances & Pensions, e-commerce regulating ministry , state redressal, RBI since amazon pay wallet is under RBI and others
