Amazon wallet loading using credit card disabled?

Has amazon disabled wallet loading through credit card? Was able to do that a month before but not any more.
Any one with similar experience?

Yes, it has been disabled. Currently Amazon is not allowing to load money into wallet via CC.
You can load money in amazon wallet via CC using third party apps like uber.

I have tried adding with my second account which doesn't even have prime membership and it is allowing me. Looks like my main account is black listed . Maybe Amazon is blacklisting some accounts. Just a theory.
