How fast is AmEx processing the new applications now ?
I mean how many days from the date of application to get the card in hand ?

3 days for me. Applied on Tuesday late night. Got the card in hand on Friday.

Right now they are processing without income proofs for MRCC, Gold charge & Plat travel..
Market share of Amex shud go up significantly.. Just 1.5 months back MRCC was rejected to me bcoz they didnt receive my Income proof & now got Plat travel without income docs

I didnt hav to.. fr all the 3 cards mentioned above .. seems to be on case on case basis.. but what I hav seen on various credit card forums is.. most were not asked for income proofs.. Also having a good Cibil helps

yes, its a "conditional" no proof req. i did not have to furnish any proofs either

if you have Gold Charge, afaik you can get LTF MRCC as a companion card

Amex not giving any companion cards currently.. just negotiate when fees is charged and most likely they will waive for mrcc..
