I generally do all 4 transactions at one go, one after other (may be minute difference). It works

With SBI Cashback card in the picture, do you guys feel the MRCC is worth taking. I know that cards can get devalued over time, however keeping that aside, is it worth paying the ₹1500 + GST renewal fee. Personally I rarely have a ₹1500 and above offline payment, also I dont own an AMEX card yet.

you can do 4 online txn worth 1500/- each as well. Plus you get 1k MR points on reaching 20k spends(including the 6k you did in 1500's). Plus if you have good overall txns in a year you can negotiate well with the amex cust care to reduce the fee or get MR points in return of the annual fee you pay! also the fee waiver stands at 1.5lac a year which is not that high as well.
