i dont think it will be coming back this year, they had it open for quite sometime and people have amassed a lot of MR points through it

What make you say that the limit will be 2.75x ? does it mention anywhere ?

2.75 is a hoax, also using the referral u dont need an existing cc, its based on ur income(though for many docs are not being asked). Its the last day today so make the most of it(and maybe use my referral from my signature instead )
