If you go to trf partners page on amex you will findout if these two are there or not. Am sure accor is not there on amex .

Normally i trf it to marriot during offers time sometimes they offer 30% or 40% more when u trf to marriot and i used them for travels in gujrath and kochi or rajasthan. I used it once in four point sherton delhi it gave a decent return i think revenue was 4.5k inclusive of tax per day and i redeemed it 7k per stay i think i stayed 3days 4 nights. It saved me around 15k
