On average I spend between 15-25 lakh annually on all of my cards. Not sure is paying 70K fee is worth or not, kindly provide your view.
take it.. use it.. transfer to marriott end of yr when bonus offer comes.. your return will be 2x if used well only on the 135k..
What if I upgrade and not activate the card, would I still get a cibil hit, will the older card close?
Take it and close next year.

Finally after fighting for sevral days I got my benefits welcome changed from Taj voucher to MR points and activated the card today. Since am already a member of Taj Hilton marriot which I vant afford to go beyond silver and every year one needs to stay a minimum of 10 to 15 nights for keeping silver membership now I don't have to as I would still.move to gold.membership irrespective of days in a year I stay still earn gold benefits. This is my take which helps me a lot. Otherwise I had to spend in year more 5 to 6 lakhs to stay silver. Now am free from it.
Received 1lakh Mr points 3 days back yet to recieve 20k referral bonus care said will credit after 60 days. But their advert says spend 5k within 60 days and get referral bonus. Any ways I used the offer of 10x booking on airindia from Delhi to chennai 7k and chennai to bangalore 807 inr I was shocked then tried booking was getting error after wards booked for 1300 inr in that I got 400 inr discount. At chennai staying at Taj Club haus. Paid by points 8k plus 2k as I choose higher room .

I got the same offer today again,getting this offer from last year,but didn't bother to take the card seeing the price point.
If I just take this card for reselling the benefits ,would I be able to make a cut of profit by taking this card ?
I am Not sure if I will be able to use the Marriott points, cam anyone guide me on how to mint the max out of this card only keeping in mind I will be cancelling it next year before renewal, will use it for accessing Centurion lounge at Delhi Airport though 😀
