American Express to Bank transfer

Someone please suggest best and cheapest way to spend on Amex cards then transfer to bank for monthly points.

Apps like Bharatnxt, Coupl, Snapay don't support Amex cards

Add to cred wallet or mobikwik pocket wallet.

But charges are more than 1% i guess

It is say fir 50k chgs are 1475
