Devaluation Amex deliberately not giving milestone points

Amex has been holding on milestone reward points (majorly platinum travel) because they were planning devaluations.
I have requested multiple times from last month but they have been giving technical issue from Feb 25. I even requested to add points manually but still request is pending.
From best customer care to worse customer care amex has come long way.

that executive u spoke didn't do it, call them and this time ask for ticket id. If needed drop a mail.

Well I got my milestone points in 5 minutes last week, it could really be an issue.
