I think it's only for the card you receive the offer but try enrolling. There should be a drop down to choose card on enrollment page.

Drop down just has the Gold Charge. ☹️

This is because per amex alogirthm, you have optimized their reward structure to your benefit and that you have squeezed the maximum out of them. LOL

Tbh not as mad now for not getting the offer because iPhone 16 series is excluded from Amex Reward Multiplier with Apple so won't be using the card for big ticket purchase anyway.

This is a very normal practice for any renewal fee on amex cards, you just call them up and ask for spend based fee waiver offer. they will provide you based on last years spends
