For people who are in miles game it will not bother them, but people using MRCC and GC for this collection this is considerable devaluation.

They are not our employees dude to serve a notice, and in T&C it is written that "benefits can be withdrawn with prior notice".

Hdfc served a notice of about a month , on devaluing the mile transfer to accor . Same with axis and other banks . So it is like a norm in most of the banks

I believe once they roll out for existing customers, they will need to give one month notice, so no need to panic right now.
