Amex Gyftr - Amazon voucher transaction on Gyftr are getting failed

Today, I bought 2 x 1000 amazon voucher, first time this month; since then Gyftr not allowing to purchase any further vouchers using amex gold charge cc. Any solution found for the same? or is limit to buy 2000 vouchers in a day? Please feedback.
 
I asked them to do this and they said we have no such option ask Amex customer care to do it. Amex customer said we can’t do shit either
Yeah, this has been happening with a few friends.

And honestly, it's embarrassing.
Gyftr is spoiling the class that AmEx offers to promise, the seamlessness and quality they are supposed to offer is nowhere to be found.

Unfortunately, Gyftr is the only portal they've partnered up with and they need to resolve this asap.

I told the same to Amex support because its an official partnership they need to get this shit fixed.

Just tell them your problem of not being able to purchase vouchers, with screenshots ofcourse.

I reached out to them via chat.

I did bro they are saying it is some security thing please try again after few days. Asked them to reset they said cannot do it. So im surprised you were able to get it done.

Which chat option did you use? Did you ask them to reset the mobile number or the card? Im able to find only email as the support option.
