Amex Gyftr - Amazon voucher transaction on Gyftr are getting failed

I'm trying to buy Amazon shopping voucher but before OTP transaction is getting failed even I have not completed 10k limit of voucher also any one else facing same issues

Yes. Was able to buy vouchers. 2 cards.. 1 unique mobile number+ unique email + plat travel. 2nd number + 2nd email + gold card. So able to buy 20k vouchers with no problems now.

Just make sure that you use unique email and number combination for each card.. else it might lead to issues.

Yeah, this is what I have been following but yesterday I unknowingly swapped one of the mobile numbers and cards. So one of the numbers got blocked. Gyftr asked me not to use both the numbers for 30 days. So was wondering if the 30-day cooling period works

Yes. The cooling period works. Just do not use any combination on that card for 30 days.

or amex gyftr number has to be different?


I am unable to buy any amex vouchers ising the same number.

On chatting with Amex support, the rep mentioned that it will be available only by February 2025 once they add convenience fee. Adding a screenshot for reference. Can somebody else also confirm if this news is true? People who are well-versed with Amex I request you to confirm.

Same phone number can be used. Most likely there is some block on your Amex Gyftr. Try to get that resolved from Gyftr cust care.

Let's see. Had the same thing happen in December as well and then it was back in stock.

If not, Feb it is.
