My wife got the sms from BD with tracking number when it was out for delivery but then the card was delivered from Gurgaon to Pune at our place in less than 24 hours so I don’t think there would have been much of a use when delivery is so quick and it’s consistently quick for almost everyone that I hear from.

Yes Vkyc is done for Supplementary card for the person whose name card will be issued.

Okay thanks, I am thinking to apply for my wife as it would be free. For addon/complementary card, do banks report financial data to CIBIL to main account holder or Addon/complementary ?

Mine came from Mumbai within a day of shipped too. Bluedart is the best courier for a reason.

They are generally quick but not as much as they are for amex. May be it’s some kind of a special arrangement/relationship between the two.

Once the parcel reaches BD, they are all equally quicker acorss the board for the selected service...

Recently Amex made a change and now second cards can be taken only after 90 days of first card .

This change is a hit or miss.

On 15th..I don't think Amex will change conditions Mid way. Typically, they don't do such things. It's a major change and they will inform client before implementing it

As per the information I received , this rule is getting followed from 17th August
Rest if anyone got their second card post 17th with less than 90 days of first card can comment .
I received this info from amex head customer service when I escalated about my wife's second card application got rejected
Nevertheless , I got it resumed with some escalations though
