As I asked you before did you try for some random route flight for a random date say Aug for random amount say 10K and above.. just to check..

To be honest, Amex offers in Indigo website/app is one of the worst interfaces. I've applied this offer in the past after I tried for 8-10 times. There are technical glitches at times.
