if you want lounge and hotel tier status
amex is better as you get access to delta,united and amex lounges globally
and more hotel tier status compared to axis reserve

I am not an Amex Employee, I would still prefer Amex Platinum because of the curative offers and international lounge access. 😁

Axis reserve has gone worst in terms of rewards which was giving it an edge over Amex platinum until Aug 2023. Now I feel Amex platinum is better

I did the above. Now they are reaching out on a daily basis asking for document uploads. Why are documents even necessary when the card is pre-approved? beats the whole point no?

Documents are mandatory for some cases. When the application data doesn't match with your CIBIL data.
