Amex Platinum Travel Credit Card Application Got rejected

Hi Everyone,

I am having HDFC Infinia, Axis Magnus CC.
800+ credit score
No late payment ever.
Using credit card for 5+ years.

What could be the reason for AMEX to reject my "Platinum Travel Credit Card Application"?

I reached out to AMEX customer care to understand the reason but they didn't provide any clarity 🙁
Can someone please share info if they have faced anything similar or have any info on the same.

can you tell me about the exact procedure on how to do it?

Update:
Submitted my complaint one month back in banking ombudsman asking for reason of rejection( as per RBI guidelines all banks/institutions are bound to inform exact reason of rejection), got a call from Amex to provide income documents and card approved now.

Kindly confirm the process to file?
