AMEX rejected again and again

I have applied today for the MRCC card with but got rejected due to some internal policies related to cibil score as told by the customer service even after conditional approval. but from my end there isn’t a single red flag in any aspects in my cibil report. what should i do now? i had a good score of 770+ and already two cc icici amazon and hdfc irctc

Check if you have name mismatch.

For my wife’s Amex application that was the reason as she has recently changed her name after marriage.

How many active credit accounts do you have?

2 active credit card icici amazon and hdfc irctc. 2 closed earlier in april sbi prime and paytm sbi

Approval criteria of AMEX & Axis Bank CCs are very unpredictable.

To get your APay vouchers , you need to make sure that there is a "look out Noti ce" issued for your incentive provider.. 😉

Rejected but the reason of rejection was somehow not proper. So reapplied through mail again with proper explanations. After that, they accepted it.
