Is it really worth, in reward point terms, paying rent by loading Mobikwik wallet with Amex Plat Travel card at extra credit card charges (~3%)?, if i am already having other ways of reaching 4L milestone in a year.

Nope, unless you need it to achieve milestone it doesnt make sense paying the extra charges.
