Best credit card for rent payment??? Still no where found an updated & clear answer.

Not going through for me, card no is showing as invalid. On other categories, payment is getting failed

It's not worth using that app becoz ur money got stuck for 1 day , it better to use mobikwik or phonepe

Never done rent or education payment so I can't say you need to check in the app
A lot has changed in November. With the new norms, AMEX seems to be the only choice for the rental payments.

AMEX yes, but via which platform? housing.com, phonepe or mobikwik?
PhonePe doesn't support rent payments using Amex.
You can load MobiKwik Pocket UPI using Amex. INR 1000 is free per month, post that you'll incur 2.5% + GST as charges. Once the amount is loaded, you can use it for paying rent.

Or tranfer to ur own bank which is done in 99% on the Name of Rent Payment 😂

What's the convenience fee of PhonePe?
It's genuine rent payment.
For credit cards other than Amex, 2.12% + GST is charged.
For Rent payment of 10k, 250 is added as convenience fee in PhonePe.

dont use direct rent pay services of any app as :- (EVEN THEY ENTICE WITH CASHBACK =LOW % but still have to pay bank & govt)
rent transaction fee = 1% charged by all banks
gst = 18%
app's fee = 2% (post payment app's dont auto credit cashback , so u actually end with more or less 2%)
U actually end up paying ~ 3.3% when u use direct rent payment/ bill payment via apps.
FINALLY APP'S DONT KEEP THEIR PROMISE OF CASHBACK & ITS HASSLE /NOT WORTH IT.
Instead CC to wallet to upi could be cheaper

mk wlt 15k load using code gives 50rs cb
