i solely had it for the purpose of amex lounge
and had used 2 out of the 3 free accesses.
now either will upgrade this or close this and keep plat travel only

Probably this is the card which is causing maximum rush in Amex lounges.

They also want to increase exclusivity quotient of Amex Platinum Charge which is finding lesser and lesser takers these days and justify 70K fees

I thought Delhi has only 1 domestic Encalm lounge. Can we access this lounge using AMEX platinum travel?

They have nerfed the us centurion version as well
But if they do that in India they will loose the small market share they have acquired

Could be. Could be not. Amex's corporate cards business is existing due to better terms and benefits offered to firms. Plat corporate is mostly issued to top management, so I think they can maintain their exclusivity for the time being. Or maybe come up with some capping in the future.

Yeh purana list hai. Plaza Premium Lounge is now replaced by Encalm. Vistara lounge got closed in 2020.
