Amex to bank

I got Amex Mrcc . Please tell the best way to tranfer to bank at lowest charges

currently only zomato/uber + paytm works for 4k per month only.

bharatnxt doesn't except amex cards and airtel net banking seems not working.

any other way?

From couple of days. I am trying to load money in paytm Wallet through uber app. But is not working. Screen doesn't not go the payment gateway page. Is it stopped now ?
