Amounted debited but order not placed on myntra

I had placed the order using SBI cashback card, and after entering the correct details including the correct OTP

But the order was not placed and myntra is asking me to pay on delivery

How long before have you placed the order cos generally the amount in such cases is refunded back to the payment source.

I made the payment just few minutes before making the post. I freaked out because there on the app they didn't mention anything such as amount will be refunded in case it got debited.

The transaction will get reversed automatically, because the payment will not be claimed by the merchant.

Refund is only if the merchant has claimed the money, which will not happen in this case of payment failure due to technical error

I got it after one day but it could take up to 3 working days

I got the refund day before yesterday
But the merchant name on the original transaction is same as the merchant name on the refund

So how do I know whether the refund was issued by Myntra or it was the result of the dispute raised
