Any review on Grip LeaseX and 13Karat?

Recently GripInvest came up with a new alternative investment option called LeaseX (https://www.gripinvest.in/product-detail/leaseX) and there is a new P2P platform known as 13Karat (https://13karat.in/). Has anyone used these? What is the experience?

lease x is backed by lendbox which is a repuated p2p nbfc
only problem is even though they are A+ rated bonds liquidity will be very bleak and you will end up selling at a discount or will have to hold till maturity
and almost all investments as of now have 12-24 months maturity and with the liquiduty it technically becomes a lock in

if you want to invest in p2p lending i would recomend xtra by mobikwik

just check the app it also has a minimum lock in period of 3 months
nothing beats xtra by mobikwik as of now

I have used grip for more than 2.5 years , I share my performance here. The performance has been. Good but offcourse deal specific risk is unique for each deal
