Any suggestions for new card?

My younger niece, female, 23, working, is considering applying for additional credit card. Her monthly salary is around 35k. she already has kotak iocl rupay, hdfc moneyback with 1 lac limit each. Any suggestions for a new card for her, rupay excluded? General purpose, like rent, shopping, dining, online purchases, occasional travel yearly etc.

I believe all of them except for IDFC.
