Any way to delete cards from the Pineperks app?

I have been using Pineperks Rupay prepaid cards. Many cards have been piled up in the app. I wish to delete the used up cards but could not find an option in the app.

I have ordered some Pineperks prepaid rupaye gift cards and they all came but I don't know how to activate them
they are showing card is not active, and I cannot even add these cards in the my Card section of the website or app
I cannot use the cards

I am using them online, so I do not need any PIN

For my first order of 2 cards, both were already activated and seen on the app and I used them online without a PIN

2nd 3rd 4th orders not seen in app, nor can be added,
