Any way to transfer apay gift card balance

I have received a refund of around 75k as apay gift card balance with no use. Can anyone help sharing if there is currently any working way to transfer apay gift card balance to bank, card bill or some prepaid card at 2% or lower fee. Also if anyone wants to use it for insurance payment, some purchase etc I would be happy to trade.

Get icici or idfc fastag, complete kyc KVV hell. Find a hp petrol bunk, get friendly with the owner. Pay the bunk via hp pay and fastag recharged via Amazon pay and take cash from the bunk owner

There is one way. Buy phone pe gift card from Maximize using Amazon pay balance. Add phone pe gift card balance to coupl banking app and then you can transfer money to bank account from coupl. Charges in total will be 5-6%.

Try to open a payment gateway like cashfree, charges 2.3%
