i'm firing a certain section of my staff...so any1 has any contact/reference of any HR agency to help with recruitment...would need to hire atleast 23 staff...across various levels in manufacturing industry...

For manufacturing, you will probably have to check out the local agencies.

I am not sure about the local, but some agencies quoted around 50-90K per person for the assistance to my friend. (IT)

He gave them the option- of 50K extra pay without assistance OR the assistance. Everyone chose 50K. 😅

Some agencies don't even charge anything to the job seekers but to companies only. So, if you go to them with the requirements, they may quote some numbers.
